Abstract
Nepolāru šķīdinātāju izmantošana priedes mizai lipofīlu ekstraktu iegūšanai. Girdjuka A., zinātniskie vadītāji: Dr.chem, prof. Vīksna A., Dr.chem Lauberts M. Bakalaura darbs, 54 lappuses, 19 attēli, 8 tabulas, 79 literatūras avoti.
Use of non-polar solvents for pine bark to obtain lipophilic extracts. Girdjuka A., scientific supervisors Dr.chem., prof. Vīksna A. and Dr. chem. Lauberts M. Bachelor thesis, 54 pages, 19 figures, 8 tables, 79 literature references. In Latvian. PINE, BARK, EXTRACTION, LIPOPHILIC EXTRACTS, ACCELERATED SOLVENT EXTRACTION, MACERATION, FREONS, GH-MS. The work contains information on the plant biomass - bark, its composition, meaning and extraction methods. Lipophilic extracts from pine bark (Pinus sylvstris L.) growing in Latvia were obtained using different extraction methods, with n-hexane – accelerated solvent extraction and maceration, and also with liquefied freon R134a. The obtained extracts were analysed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. To replace the widely used environmentally unfriendly solvents as an alternative, freon use was assessed.
