Latviešu tautasdziesmu tulkojumi itāļu valodā; deminutīva pārneses veidu analīze

Abstract

Šajā maģistra darbā tiek analizēti latviešu tautasdziesmu tulkojumi itāļu valodā, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot deminutīva pārnesei. Analīzei tika izvēlēti septiņu tulkotāju 192 latviešu tautasdziesmu tulkojumi itāļu valodā. Balstoties uz teorētiskajiem materiāliem, tulkojumu analīzes un interviju rezultātiem, tiek noskaidrots, ka eksistē vairāki veidi, kā viens vārds deminutīva formā oriģinālversijā tiek pārnests itāļu valodā, kas bieži ir atkarīgs no metrikas principiem. Rezultāti tiek apkopoti shēmu veidā, kuras tiek iedalītas atkarībā no pārneses veida, kā deminutīva atmešana, sinonīma izmantošana, īpašības vārda pievienošana u.c. Darba rezultātus iespējams izmantot tālākajā pētniecībā, dainu tulkošanā, veikt citu dainu aspektu tulkošanas principu izpēti, kā piemēram, onomatopejas, dzimti, kultūras reālijas, sintaksi.

This Master's thesis analyzes translations of Latvian folk songs in Italian, with a particular focus on diminutive transfer. For analysis, translations by seven translators of 192 Latvian folk songs in Italian were selected. Based on theoretical materials, analysis of translations and interview results, it is found that there are several ways in which a word in the original version of the diminutive can be transferred to Italian, which often depends on the principles of metrics. The results are summarized in the form of schemas which are categorized according to the type of transfer, such as abandonment of the diminutive form, the use of a synonym, the addition of an adjective, etc. The results of the work can be used for further research, translation of folk songs, research on translation principles of other aspects of folk songs, such as onomatopoeia, gender, cultural realia, syntax.
