Bakalaura darba “Nenodrošinātā kreditora tiesību īstenošanas problemātika mantojuma lietā” mērķis ir noskaidrot tiesiskā regulējuma gadījumus, kas ir nenodrošinātā kreditora tiesību īstenošanas problemātikas pamatā mantojuma lietā. Tāpat mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai nenodrošinātā kreditora kā tiesību subjekta tiesības ir samērotas ar citu tiesību subjektu tiesībām un pienākumiem mantojuma lietā. Darbā autore, aplūkojot katru mantojuma lietas posmu, sākot no mantojuma atklāšanās līdz tiesību pārņēmēju noskaidrošanai vai mantojuma lietas izbeigšanai, ir analizējusi problemātikas rašanās pamatus un darba noslēgumā sniegusi priekšlikumus, kā risināt aplūkotos problemātikas gadījumus. The goal of the Bachelor’s thesis “Problems of Exercising the Rights of Unsecured Creditor of the Inheritance Case” is to find out cases of legal regulation that are the basis of the problem issues for exercising the rights of the unsecured creditor of the inheritance case, as well as to find out whether the rights of the unsecured creditor as a rightsholder are equilibrated with the rights and obligations of other rightsholders of the inheritance case. The author of the thesis has examined each stage of the inheritance case, from the opening of the succession to the ascertainment of the successors or the termination of the inheritance case, and analysed the basics of the occurrence of the problem issues, and at the end of the thesis has provided suggestions on how to solve the problem cases examined.
