Izmeklētāja statuss kriminālprocesā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Izmeklētāja statuss kriminālprocesā”, kurā tiek apskatīts izmeklētāja statusa institūts un tā pilnvaru apjoms laika posmā no 1961.gada līdz šī brīža Latvijas Kriminālprocesa likumam. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt izmeklētāja procesuālā statusa iegūšanas veidu, tā institūta vēsturisko attīstību, iespējamos procesuālos statusus, kādos izmeklētājs var parādīties kriminālprocesā. Tāpat - tiek pētīta šī statusa nozīme uz kriminālprocesuālo attīstību, ietekme uz mūsdienu noziedzīgu nodarījumu atklāšanu vai novēršanu, tiek pētīta izmeklētāja kvalifikācijas nozīme un institūta attīstība, tās nozīme uz mūsdienu kvalitatīvu, objektīvu un efektīvu krimināllietas pirmstiesas izmeklēšanu. The subject of the Bachelor's thesis is “Investigator Status in Criminal Proceedings”, which examines the institute of investigator status and the scope of its powers in the period from 1961 to the current regulation. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to investigate the way the procedural status of the investigator is obtained, its historical development, the possible procedural status in which the investigator may appear in criminal proceedings. It also examines the role of this status in criminal procedural development, its impact on the detection or prevention of modern criminal offenses, as well as the significance and historical development of its qualification and its impact on contemporary qualitative and lawful investigation of the case.
