Zusammenfassung
Bakalaura darbs “Surogātmaternitāte: tiesiskā regulējuma meklējumi” ir veltīts surogācijas kā reproduktīvās metodes ētiskajiem un tiesiskajiem aspektiem. Zinātnes sasniegumi cilvēka reproduktīvajā sfērā un cilvēktiesību izpratnes dinamika rada jaunus izaicinājumus tiesību politikai un sabiedriskajai domai. Diskusijās par iespēju Latvijas normatīvajos aktos regulēt surogācijas procesu ir dzirdami atšķirīgi viedokļi. Daļai sabiedrības tā būtu viena no iespējām risināt neauglības problēmu, citi tajā saskata apdraudējumu pastāvošajām ģimenes vērtībām, cilvēka cieņai un unikalitātei. Bioloģiskās un sociālās realitātes nesakritība ir pamats jaunām sabiedriskām attiecībām, par kuru regulēšanas veidu un apjomu sabiedrībā ir jāpanāk zināms kompromiss. Bakalaura darbs ir autora mēģinājums dot savu ieguldījumu problēmas izpētē un iespējamo risinājumu apzināšanā. The Bachelor Thesis “Surrogacy: searches for legal framework” is dedicated to the surrogacy as reproductive methods for ethical and legal aspects. Scientific progress in the human reproductive field and dynamics of human understanding creates new challenges for legal policy and public opinion. In discussions about the possibility of Latvian legislation to regulate surrogacy process there have been heard different opinions. It would be one of the ways to solve infertility problems for a part of the society; others distinguish it as threats to the existing family values, human dignity and uniqueness. The discrepancy of biological and social reality is the basis for the new public relations adjusting the type and extent of the community must be attained by a certain compromise. The Bachelor Thesis is the author’s attempt to contribute to the research of the problem and identify possible solutions.
