Abstract
Maģistra darba tēma “Pacientu drošības aspekti maiņas nodošanas procesā jaundzimušo intensīvas terapijas nodaļā.” Tēma aktuāla, jo maiņas nodošana process ir būtisks ikdienas prakses elements. Tieši neefektīva informācijas apmaiņa un nepietiekama sadarbība starp ārstiem un māsām ir riska faktors pacientam. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pacientu drošību ietekmējošos faktorus maiņas nodošanas procesā jaundzimušo intensīvas terapijas nodaļā. Pētniecības jautājums: Kādi faktori ietekmē pacienta drošību maiņas nodošanas procesā jaundzimušo intensīvas terapijas nodaļā? Kā maiņas nodošanas process ietekmē pacienta drošību? Pētniecības metode: kvalitatīva pētniecības metode. Pētniecības instrumenti: divi kontrolsaraksti un intervija. Pētījuma rezultāti: maiņas nodošanas laikā ir atrasti astoņi pacientu drošību ietekmējoši faktori. Izmantojot kontrolsarakstu, informācija nodota pilnā apjomā. Savukārt, mutiski nodota informācija noved pie nepilnas informācijas nodošanas un māsu savstarpējas komunikācijas problēmām. The topic of the Master's Thesis is “Patients safety aspects of the shift handoff process in the neonatal intensive care unit.” The actuality of the topic appears, since the process of transfering the shift is an essential element of everyday practice. Directly inefficient sharing of the information and insufficient cooperation between doctors and nurses is the risk factor for the patient. The aim of the study is to identify the factors affecting patient safety in the shift handoff in the neonatal intensive care unit. Question of the research: What are the factors affecting the patient's safety in the shift handoff process in the neonatal intensive care unit? How does the handoff affect patient's safety? Research method: qualitative research method - two checklists and an interview. Study results: eight safety-related factors have been identified during the shift handoff. With a checklist, the information has been fully released.
