Ietekmējošie faktori vecāku lēmumu pieņemšanai meiteņu vakcinācijai pret cilvēka papilomas vīrusu

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Ietekmējošie faktori vecāku lēmumu pieņemšanai meiteņu vakcinācijai pret cilvēka papilomas vīrusu. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka zema cilvēka papilomas vīrusa vakcinācijas aptvere Latvijā. Vecāku lēmumu pieņemšana vakcinācijas jautājumos ir daudzfaktoru komplekss, kuru var ietekmēt vecāku zināšanas un attieksme pret vakcināciju, plašsaziņu līdzekļi, veselības speciālistu sniegtās rekomendācijas. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot ietekmējošos faktorus vecāku lēmumu pieņemšanai meiteņu vakcinācijai pret cilvēka papilomas vīrusu. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir izpētīt zinātnisko literatūru par faktoriem, kas ietekmē vecāku lēmumu pieņemšanu meiteņu vakcinācijai pret cilvēka papilomas vīrusu; izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – anketu; veikt aptauju starp vecākiem, kuriem ir meitas vecumā no 12 līdz 14 gadiem; apkopot pētījuma rezultātus; izdarīt secinājumus par veikto pētījumu. Izvirzīta hipotēze: vecāku lēmumu pieņemšanu meiteņu vakcinācijai pret cilvēka papilomas vīrusu ietekmē veselības aprūpes speciālistu ieteikumi. Pētniecības instruments: anketa. Pētniecības metode: kvantitatīva. Galvenie iegūtie rezultāti: Pirms pieņemt lēmumu par meitas vakcināciju pret cilvēka papilomas vīrusu vecāki konsultējas ar kādu no ārstniecības personām, piemēram, ģimenes ārstu, māsu, ginekologu. Ģimenes ārsts atzīmēts kā uzticamākais avots, no kura vecāki iegūst informāciju par meiteņu vakcināciju pret cilvēka papilomas vīrusu. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka izvirzīta hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies. Atslēgvārdi: cilvēka papilomas vīruss, vakcinācija pret CPV, vecāki, lēmumu pieņemšana, 12 gadīgas meitenes.

The theme of the bachelor’s paper – The factor of influence in parents’ decision – making in the vaccination of girls against the virus of human papilloma. The topicality of the theme is determined by low vaccination coverage against human papilloma in Latvia. The parents’ decision making in the matters of vaccination is a complex sum of multiple factors, which can be influenced by the level of parents’ awareness in respective field and the attitude towards vaccination by mass media and the recommendations of the health professionals. The aim of the paper is to determine the factors of influence in the parents’decision – making in the vaccination of girls against the virus of human papilloma. The research objectives are to examine the scientific literature on the factors of influence weighing on the parents’ decision making in the vaccination of girls against the virus of human papilloma; to develop research instrument – a survey; to carry out a survey between parents of daughters in the age between 12 and 14 years; to summarise the results of the survey; to draw conclusions regarding the conducted survey. The proposed hypothesis: the parents’ decision – making in the vaccination of girls against the virus of human papilloma is influenced by recommendations made by the health care professionals. Research instrument: survey. Research method: quantitative. The main attained results: Prior to making decisions regarding the vaccination of daughters against the virus of human papilloma, the parents consult with medical professionals, such as, their family physician, nurse, gynaecologist. The family physician has been indicated as the most trusted source for the parents to draw information from regarding the vaccination of girls against the virus of human papilloma.
