Pacientu līdzestība hipertensijas ārstēšanā ambulatorās aprūpes māsas praksē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – pacientu līdzestība hipertensijas ārstēšanā ambulatorās māsas praksē. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka hipertensijas pacientu pieaugums ģimenes ārstu praksēs Latvijā un pasaulē. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pacientu līdzestību hipertensijas ārstēšanā ambulatorās māsas praksē. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir izpētīt literatūru par hipertensiju un pacientu līdzestību tās ārstēšanā, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – anketu, veikt pacientu aptauju, kuriem ir diagnosticēta hipertensija, apkopot pētījuma rezultātus, analizēt un apstrādāt iegūtos rezultātus un izdarīt secinājumus par veikto pētījumu. Izvirzītā hipotēze: 18 – 44 gadus veci pacienti hipertensijas ārstēšanā ir līdzestīgāki, nekā pacienti, kuri ir vecumā no 45 – 75 gadiem un vecāki. Pētniecības instruments: Anketa. Pētniecības metode - kvantitatīvs pētījums. Liela nozīme pacientu līdzestības veicināšanā ir uzticēšanās līmenim starp ārstu un pacientu, kā arī zināšanām un izpratnei par slimību, veselības saglabāšanu, riska faktoriem un ārstēšanu, kā arī savstarpējai informācijas apmaiņai. Izvērtējot bakalaura darba pētījuma rezultātus, var secināt, ka uzstādītā hipotēze, ka 18 – 44 gadus veci pacienti hipertensijas ārstēšanā ir līdzestīgāki, nekā tie pacienti, kuri ir vecumā no 45 – 75 gadiem un vecāki, tika apstiprināta. The theme of the bachelor’s paper – Patients’ adherence in the treatment of hypertension in practice of out-patient nurse. The topicality of the theme is determined by the increase of hypertension patients’ number in the practice of the family physicians in Latvia and world-wide alike. The aim of the study is to establish the adherence of patients in the treatment of hypertension in practice of out-patient nurse. The reserch objectives are to examine the literature on hypertension and patients’ adherence in its treatment, to develop the research instrument – a survey, to carry out patient survey for patients diagnosed with hypertension, to summarise the results of the survey, to analyse and to process the acquired results, and to draw the conclusion regarding the conducted survey. The proposed hypothesis: patients in the age between 18 and 44 years are more adherent in the treatment of hypertension than patients in the age group of 45 to 75 years and older. Research intrument: survey questionnaire. Research method: quantitative survey. A significant role, in promotion of patients’ adherence, is ascribable to the level of trust between the physician and the patient, as well as to knowledge and comprehension of illness, health preservation, risk factors and treatment, as well as to exchange of information. Evaluating the results of the survey, it is possible to conclude that the proposed hypothesis that patients in the age group of 18 to 44 years are adherent to a greater degree in the treatment of hypertension than patients in the age group of 45 to 75 years was confirmed.
