Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - Pacientu aprūpe pirmshospitālajā etapā akūta koronāra sindroma gadījumā ar ST elevācijām. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka akūts koronārs sindroms ir biežākā stacionēšanas diagnoze uzņemšanas nodaļās pacientiem ar akūtām sāpēm krūtīs. Miokarda infarkts ir ļoti aktuāla problēma kā pasaulē, tā arī Latvijā. Latvijā katru gadu vairāk nekā 1011 pacientu mirst miokarda infarkta. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kāda ir akūta koronāra sindroma gadījumā ar ST elevācijām pacientu aprūpe neatliekamās palīdzības etapā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir apkopot un analizēt literatūru par akūtu koronāru sindroma(AKS) aprūpi neatliekamās palīdzības etapā. Analizēt māszinību teoriju saistībā ar izvēlēto tēmu. Izstrādāt pētījuma jautājumus. Veikt pētījumu, apkopot iegūtos datus un veikt statistisko datu analīzi un izstrādāt secinājumus. Pētniecības jautājums - kāda ir akūta koronāra sindroma ar ST elevācijām pacientu aprūpe neatliekamās palīdzības etapā? Pētījuma veikšanai izmantotas divas kvalitatīvās metodes – intervija un dokumentu analīze, lai iegūtu vajadzīgo informāciju, tika izveidots pētijumu protokols datu izvērtēšanai no elektronisko izsaukumu kartēm. Pētījuma respondentes ir septiņas X reģiona māsas, kuras nodrošina pacientu ar AKS ar ST elevācijām gadījumā aprūpi pirmshospitālajā etapā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās daļas, pētnieciskās daļas un pielikumiem. Pēc veiktā darba var secināt, ka akūta koronāra sindroma ar ST elevācijām pacientu aprūpe neatliekamās palīdzības etapā ir atkarīga no daudziem faktoriem, ierašanās izsaukuma vietā pēc izsaukuma saņemšanas, laiks cik pavada medicīnas personāls pie pacienta no ierašanās brīža līdz nogādāšanai stacionārā, pareiza aprūpes diagnozes uzstādīšana, kas ietekmē tālāko aprūpes norisi. The theme of the Bachelor paper – “Patient care at the pre-hospital stage for acute coronary syndrome with ST elevation”. Topicality of this theme determines the fact that acute coronary syndrome is the most frequent diagnosis of hospitalization for patients with acute chest pain. Myocardial infarction is a very important problem, both in the world and in Latvia. In Latvia, more than 1011 patients die of myocardial infarction every year. The aim of the work is to find out what is the care of the patients in case of acute coronary syndrome with ST elevation at the emergency stage. Research tasks include collecting and analyzing literature on acute coronary syndrome (ACS) care during the emergency stage. Analyze the theory of nursing in relation to the selected topic. Develop research issues. Carry out a research, collect the obtained data and perform an analysis of the statistical data and draw up conclusions. Research issue - what is patient care in case of acute coronary syndrome with ST elevation at the emergency stage? Two qualitative methods have been used to carry out the research: an interview and analysis of documents, in order to obtain the necessary information, a post-evaluation protocol was established for the assessment of data from electronic call cards. The respondents of the study are seven nurses in the X region who provide pre-existing treatment for patients with ACS with ST elevation. The Bachelor paper shall consist of a theoretical part, research part and attachments. After study has been done, it can be concluded that the care of patients with acute coronary syndrome in the emergency phase depends on many factors, on arrival at the call site following the call, on the time spent by medical staff at the patient from the time of arrival to arrival at the hospital, on the correct setting of a nursing diagnosis affecting the further development of care.
