Abstract
BIOMASAS ĢENERATORGĀZES DARVU ANALĪZES METOŽU
IZVEIDE
Anotācija
Šajā promocijas darbā tika veikti biomasas ģeneratorgāzes darvu analīzes metožu
izveidošanas pētījumi. Darvas analīze ļoti nozīmīga gāzģeneratora noregulēšanas un
ekspluatācijas procesā. Izveidotā metode pamatojas uz darvas adsorbciju uz cieta sorbenta
un ļauj analizēt visus darvas komponentus plašā diapazonā, identificēt un kvantificēt katru
savienojumu, kā arī noteikt darvas rasas punktu. Eksperimentāli, ka paraugu ņemšanas
iekārtā jāizmanto divi sorbenti: aminopropilgrupas saturošs silikagela sorbents –
„smagajiem” un „vidēji smagajiem” darvas komponentiem un aktivētā kokosriekstu čaulu
ogle – „vieglajiem” darvas komponentiem. Izveidotā paraugu ņemšanas iekārta ir samērā
lēta, vienkārša ekspluatācijā un apkalpošanā. Metodi var izmantot arī citu gāzu analīzei,
piemēram, automobiļu motoru izplūdes gāzu analīzei.
Raksturvārdi: ģeneratorgāze, darva, adsorbcija uz cieta sorbenta, darvas rasas
punkts, Kovača un Lī izdalīšanas indeksi.
DEVELOPMENT OF TAR ANALYSIS METHODS IN BIOMASS GENERATOR GAS Abstract The present doctoral thesis is devoted to the research methods of syngas tar analyses. Tar analysis plays an important role in the installing and exploiting gas generators. The developed method is based on solid-phase adsorption of tar and allows analysis of a wide range of tar components, identification and quantification of each compound as well as determination of the tar dewpoint. It has been experimentally proved that two sorbents method should be used in the sampling stage, i.e. aminopropyl-bonded silica sorbent for “heavy” and “relatively heavy” tar components, and activated coconut charcoal for the “light” ones. The suggested sampling device is relatively cheap, simple in exploitation and maintenance. The employed methods can be applied for the analysis of other gases, for example, automobile motor emissions. Key words: syngas, tar, solid-phase adsorption, tar dewpoint, Kovats and Lee retention indices
