Metodiskā darba organizēšana izglītības iestādē kompetenču mācību saturā

Abstract

Lienes Niedolas maģistra darba „Metodiskā darba organizēšana izglītības iestādē kompetenču mācību saturā” mērķis ir, izmantojot teorētisko un praktisko pamatojumu,izstrādāt struktūrshēmu, kuri iespējams izmantot metodiskā darba organizēšanai izglītības iestādē. Darbā tiek definēti termini, analizēta literatūra par metodiskā darba organizēšanu izglītības iestādē un metodiskā darba organizēšanas formu izmaiņām kompetenču pieejā balstīta mācību procesa organizēšanā. Empīriskajā pētījums veikts trīs posmos – intervijas, anketēšana un struktūras izstrāde. Intervijās iegūta vispārīga informācija, anketēšanā iegūti dati no projekta „Kompetenču pieeja mācību saturā” piltoskolām. Izstrādāto struktūru iespējams izmantot kā vadlīnijas, pārstrukturējot metodisko darbu izglītības iestādē.

The aim of Liene Niedola's Diploma Paper “The Organisation of Methodological Work in the Educational Institution using the Competence Based Education” is to develop an organizational chart that can be used for organization of educational institution’s methodological work using theoretical and practical basis. The Diploma Paper defines the terms, analyses the literature on the organization of the methodological work in an educational institution and the changes of the methodological work in the organization of a learning process based on the competences. The empirical research is conducted in three stages - interviews, questionnaires and the organization chart. The interviews provided general information and the data was obtained from the pilot schools of the project "Competence Approach in the Curriculum". The developed organization chart can be used as a guideline for restructuring the methodological work in an educational institution.
