Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir: „Jaunāko klašu skolēnu mācību sasniegumus veicinoša mācību vide”. Darba autore: Anna Klepecka. Zinātniskā darba vadītāja: Dr. paed. Inese Jurgena. Bakalaura darba apjoms: 57 lpp., 30 attēli, 1 tabula, 36 literatūras un citi avoti, 5 pielikumi. Darbā analizēta teorētiskā literatūra par mācību vidi un mācību motivāciju jaunākā skolas vecuma posmā. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt teoriju par jaunāko klašu skolēnu mācību sasniegumus veicinošu mācību vidi, analizēt reālo situāciju sākumskolās un izstrādāt ieteikumus skolotājiem mācību sasniegumus veicinošas vides pilnveidē. Darbs balstīts uz pedagogu, psihologu atziņām un viedokļiem, kuri pētījuši izglītības iestāžu vidi un skolēnu mācību sasniegumus. Pēc veiktajiem pētījumiem un rezultātu analīzes, darba autore secināja, ka nereti skolās tiek izmantoti novecojuši mācību līdzekļi un darba vide tiek mainīta reti. Pētījuma gaitā izstrādāti arī ieteikumi skolotājiem labvēlīgas, motivējošas vides un apstākļu veicināšanai. Pētījuma jautājums: Vai sociāli labvēlīga, informatīvi nodrošināta, daudzveidīga mācību vide pozitīvi ietekmē skolēnu mācību sasniegumus? The bachelor thesis is: „Learning environment facilitating educational achievements of junior pupils”. Author of thesis: Anna Klepecka. Research manager: Dr. paed. Inese Jurgena. The work analyses theoretical literature on the learning environment and the motivation of training at a newer school age stage. The aim of the study is to explore the theory of a learning environment conducive to the achievements of junior school pupils, analyse the real situation in primary schools and develop recommendations for teachers in improving the environment conducive to learning achievements. Work is based on the knowledge and opinions of educators, psychologists who have studied the environment of educational institutions and the educational achievements of pupils. Following studies and analysis of results, the author concluded that schools often use outdated teaching products and rarely change the working environment. The study also draws up recommendations for promoting a favourable, motivating environment and conditions for teachers. A research question: Does a socially friendly, informative, diverse learning environment has a positive impact on student learning achievements?
