The bachelor's work was developed by Madara Arste, and the subject of the work is “Using music to promote the development of children's speech at the youngest age of preschool”. The problem spotlight: Today, children have a very poorly developed speech. Parents communicate little with children about domestic affairs. If the children do not play and communicate, the child's speech cannot develop because there is no contact with an adult who shows an example of how to talk or how to play. In the development of children's speech, it is very important to play and communicate with adults. The purpose of the study: theoretically and practically studying the use of musical games in promoting speech development in the younger pre-school age. In the first chapter, the author provides a description of the concept of “speech” from the knowledge of psychologists and educators. In the second chapter, the author describes the importance of playing as such and playing and musical playing in the development of speech. In the third chapter, the author shall carry out a study to ascertain whether the theoretical lessons learned also work in practice. Key words: The latest preschool age, speech, musical games, playing, promoting speech development. The work consists of page 46, two charts, 2 tables, 1 picture, 38 units of literature.
