Klasvadības nozīme skolēnu kompetences pilnveidē

Abstract

Sandras Janpaules bakalaura darbs izstrādāts Latvijas Universitātes Pedagoģijas, psiholoģijas un mākslas fakultātes Pirmsskolas un sākumizglītības nodaļā, 2019. gadā. Bakalaura darba mērķis pētīt klasvadības nozīmi skolēnu kompetences pilnveidē. Darba apjoms ir 52 lpp. Darba 1. daļā veikta klasvadības pieeju analīze un to saistība ar mācību stundu veidošanu un nozīmi skolēnu kompetences pilnveidē. Darba 2. daļā veikta skolotāja darbības metožu analīze, lai apkopotu kā tās ietekmē skolēnu uzvedību, izpratni un kompetences pilnveidi . 3 daļā analizēti un apkopoti izpētes rezultāti par klasvadības pieeju nozīmi kompetences pilnveidē. 4. daļā analizēti un apkopoti izpētes rezultāti par kompetences pilnveidi, kā to ietekmē skolotāju – skolēnu un skolotāju – vecāku sadarbība. Darba nobeigumā apkopoti galvenie secinājumi, kuri veidoti atbilstoši izvirzītajiem uzdevumiem un atspoguļo pētījuma gaitā analizētos jautājumus par klasvadības nozīmi, skolotāju pielietotajām metodēm, skolēnu kompetences pilnveidi un šo jomu savstarpējām sakarībām. Sandra Janpaule's bachelor's thesis was developed in 2019 at the Preschool and Primary Education Department of the Faculty of Education, Psychology and Art, University of Latvia. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to study the role of classroom management in the development of students' competence. The volume of work is 52 pages. Part 1 deals with the analysis of classroom management approaches and their relation to the design of lessons and their role in improving student competence. Part 2 deals with the analysis of teacher working methods to summarize how they influence student behavior, understanding and competence development. Part 3 analyzes and summarizes research findings on the role of classroom management approaches in competence development. Part 4 analyzes and summarizes the research findings on competence development impacted by teacher-pupil, teacher-parent collaboration. The paper concludes with the main conclusions, which are formulated in accordance with the objectives set and reflect the issues addressed in the course of the research on the importance of classroom management, the methods employed by teachers, the development of student competencies, and interrelationships.
