Pedagogu profesionālās pilnveides īstenošana un atbalsts Rīgas Purvciema vidusskolā

Abstract

.Mūsdienu pedagogiem ir svarīga loma izglītības attīstībā, tāpēc pedagogu profesionālā pilnveide ir nozīmīga. Natālijas Potjomkinas bakalaura darba „Pedagogu profesionālās pilnveides īstenošana un atbalsts Rīgas Purvciema vidusskolā” mērķis – izpētīt izglītības iestādes pedagogu profesionālās pilnveides īstenošanu un atbalstu. Teorētiskajā daļā veikta pedagogu profesionālās pilnveides teorētiskā izpēte, raksturota pedagogu tālākizglītības attīstība, pedagogu profesionālās pilnveides būtība un ar to saistīti jēdzieni, salīdzināta pedagogu tālākizglītības īstenošana Latvijā un citās pasaules valstīs. Pētījuma daļā veikts empīriskais pētījums par to, cik bieži Rīgas Purvciema vidusskolas pedagogi apmeklē profesionālās pilnveides pasākumus, kāda ir pedagogu apmierinātība ar tālākizglītības pasākumiem, vai izglītības iestādes vadība informē pedagogus par jauniem kursiem/semināriem. Pētījums norāda, ka pedagogu profesionālās pilnveides īstenošana un norise neapmierina pedagogus. Pamatojoties uz teorētiskā un empīriskā pētījuma rezultātiem tika izvirzīti priekšlikumi pedagogu profesionālās kompetences īstenošanas pilnveidei. Pētījuma darba apjoms – 54 lappuses, tas satur 12 attēlus, 43 literatūras avotus un 2 pielikumus.

.Today’s teacher have an important role in the development of education, so the teachers professional development is important. The purpose of Natalia Potjomkina’s bachelor’s work “The development of the pedagogical professional growth and support at Riga Purvciems secondary school” is to investigate the implementation and support of the pedagogical professional development of the educational institution. Theoretical part consist of theoretical research of pedagogical professional development, described the development of teachers further education, the essence of professional development of teacher and related concepts, compared the implementation of teachers professional development in Latvia and others countries of the world. The empirical study been conducted how often teachers of Riga Purvciems Secondary School attend professional development activities how satisfied are teachers with continuing training activities or the management of the educational institution informs teachers about new courses/seminars. The study indicates points out that the implementation and development of teachers training do not satisfy teachers. On the basis of the results of theoretical and empirical study, proposals were put forward to improve the exercise of the professional competence of teachers. The volume of research – 51pages, contains 12 images, 43 sources of literature and 2 attachments.
