Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Roku higiēnas profilakse Nacionālo bruņoto spēku jauniesauktajiem karavīriem. Izvēlētā darba tēma ir aktuāla, jo veicinot, karavīru izpratni par roku higiēnas ievērošanu un pareizu roku mazgāšanas tehniku, kas ir pamats, profilakses pasākumiem, lai pasargātu sevi un citus no infekcijas slimībām un roku ādas/ nagu problēmām, ar ko biežāk saskaras jauniesauktie karavīri, atrodoties lielā kolektīvā. Medicīnas darbiniekiem ir liela loma izglītošanā, slimību un komplikāciju novēršanā, izglītojot jauniesauktos karavīrus par personīgo un kolektīvo higiēnu, ja ir radušās veselības problēmas, tad veicināt karavīra pilnīgu atveseļošanos. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot Nacionālo bruņoto spēku jauniesaukto karavīru roku higiēnas profilakses pasākumu veikšanu pamatapmācības kursa laikā. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti 5 pētniecības uzdevumi. Pētījuma hipotēze - Nacionālo bruņoto spēku jauniesauktie karavīri ir labi informēti par roku higiēnas primārās profilakses nozīmi un daļēji tos pielieto ikdienā. Pētniecības instruments - strukturēta anketa. Pētniecības metode – bakalaura darbā lietota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētījuma rezultātā izvirzītā hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies. Atslēgvārdi: roku higiēna, jauniesauktie karavīri, zarnu vīrusu infekcijas, roku ādas/nagu problēmas.

Bachelor project – Prevention of hand hygiene for newly-convened soldiers of the National Armed Forces. The theme of the work chosen is topical, since the promotion of awareness among soldiers on hand hygiene and the correct hand-washing technique, which is the basis for prevention measures to protect themselves and others from infectious diseases and problems with hand skin/nail, which are more frequently confronted by young soldiers in a large collective. Medical workers play a major role in education, prevention of diseases and complications, educating young soldiers on personal and collective hygiene, if there are health problems, then contributing to the full recovery of the soldier. The aim of the work is to clarify the performance of hand hygiene prevention measures for young soldiers of the National Armed Forces during a basic training course. 5 research objectives were identified to achieve the target. The hypothesis - New soldiers of the National Armed Forces are well informed about the importance of primary prevention of hand hygiene and are partly applied daily. Research Instrument - Structured questionnaire. Research method — Quantitative research method used in bachelor's work. The hypothesis raised as a result of the study has been confirmed.
