Latvijas mazo alus darītavu perspektīvās attīstības iespēju novērtējums

Abstract

Alus darīšanai Latvijā ir sena un bagāta vēsture. Tai ir svarīga loma arī mūsdienās veidojot alus kultūru, radot izsmalcinātas un bagātīgas alus garšas, kā arī esot viesmīlīgiem un uzņemot tuvus un tālus ciemiņus, pastāstot viņiem par mūsu tautas alus tradīcijām. Diplomdarba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz Latvijas likumdošanas normatīvajiem aktiem un statistikas datu analīzi, identificēt nozīmīgākās mazo alus darītavu problēmas un izstrādāt priekšlikumus nozares pilnveidošanai un attīstībai. Darba ietvaros autore izpētīja uzņēmējdarbības teorētiskos aspektus, alus nozares likumdošanu, attīstības tendences un konstatēja esošo situāciju nozarē, pētīja alus lietotāju paradumus pasaulē un Latvijā, kā arī identificēja nozīmīgākās problēmas un izstrādāja priekšlikumus, lai veicinātu nozares izaugsmi un attīstību. In Latvia brewering has a long and rich history. It has an important role for creating a modern beer culture and sophisticated and rich tastes of beer, as well as being hospitable and welcoming closer and further guests to introduce them with our beer traditions. The aim of Diploma Thesis is to identify significant problems for small breweries and to create proposals for field development. During the study Author researched theoretical aspects of entrepreneurship, legislation of beer industry, development tendencies and concluded current base of the field situation, researched beer consumer habits in the world and in Latvia as well as Author identified the most significant problems for small breweries and created proposals for field development.
