Bakalaura darba tēma ir ‘’ Kvalitātes vadības un vides pārvaldības sistēmas ieviešana uzņēmumā’’. Darba mērķis ir padziļinātāk izpētīt KVS un VPS sistēmu ieviešanas būtību un nozīmi, kā arī ņemt kā piemēru un novērtēt to efektivitāti konkrētā uzņēmumā. Atbilstoši šim mērķim, veikt kvalitātes vadības un vides pārvaldības sistēmu izpēti, novērtēt uzņēmumā esošo sistēmu atbilstību standartiem, novērtēt KVS un VPS efektivitāti uzņēmumā, kā arī noslēgumā veikt secinājumus un sniegt konkrētus priekšlikumus abu sistēmu pilnveidošanai un efektivitātes uzlabošanai. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām: kvalitātes vadības un vides pārvaldības sistēmas raksturojums un nozīme, KVS un VPS integrēšana SIA MODUL, KVS un VPS ieviešanas novērtējums. Pirmajā nodaļā ir apstatīti galvenie kvalitātes vadības un vides pārvaldības sistēmu pamatprincipi, to ieviešanas un uzturēšanas nozīme. Otrajā nodaļā tiek skatīta KVS un VSP konkrētā uzņēmumā un izvērtēts, cik cieši šīs sitēmas savā starpā ir saistītas. Trešajā nodaļā tiek apskatīts, kā uzņēmumam ir izdevies ieviest esošās sistēmas un veikts to efektivitātes novērtējums. Nobeiguma daļa sastāv no konkrētiem secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, kas autoram ir radušies darba izstrādes gaitā. Bakalaura darba rezultātā autors secina, ka kvalitātes vadības sistēma un vides pārvaldības sistēma ir ļoti nozīmīga un spēj labvēlīgi ietekmēt organizācijas darbību, taču pētāmajā uzņēmumā šīs sistēmas ir nepieciešams uzlabot un pilnveidot, lai tās strādātu efektīvāk. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 64. lappusēm. The theme of bachelor thesis is '' Implementation of quality management and environmental management system in the company''. The aim of the thesis is to investigate the meaning and significance of the implementation of QMS and EMS systems, taking as an example a specific company and measure efficiency of bith systems. According to this goal, do a research of QMS and EMS, estimate its relevance to the standarts, efficiency in organization and in the end make a conclusion and give a specific proposals to improve both systems and increase efficiency. The bachelor thesis consists of 3 chapters: the meaning and significance of QMS and EMS, QMS and EMS integration in SIA MODUL, assesment of implementation of QMS and EMS. The first chapter desribes the basic principles of quality management and environmental management systems, the importance of its implementation and maintenance. In the second chapter, the QMS and EMS are researched in a specific company and evaluated how both systems are connected to each other. The third chapter looks at how the company has implemented and managed these systems so far. The final part consists of conclusions and suggestions that the author has made during the research. In the end of bachelor thesis, the author conclude that the quality management system and the environmental management system are very important and beneficial for the organisation, but in a company that was investigated, those systems must be optimazed and improved to increase its efficiency. The bachelor thesis consists of 64 pages.
