Bakalaura darba "Rīgas radošo kvartālu komunikācija: Kalnciema kvartāla, Āgenskalna tirgus un VEF kvartāla piemērs" mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādus komunikācijas kanālus un risinājumus izmanto uzņēmumi, kādā formā tie izpaužas, kas ir to auditorijas iesaistes veicinošie faktori un kāda ir auditorijas atgriezeniskā saite. Pētījuma mērķis tika sasniegts, pielietojot pētījuma metodes intervija, kvalitatīvā un kvantitatīvā kontentanalīze un aptauja. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tika apskatītas tādas teorētiskās nostādnes kā radošie kvartāli, mārketinga komunikācija, sabiedriskās attiecības, pasākumu mārketings, sociālie mediji un patērētāju uzvedība. Darba pētnieciskajā daļā noskaidroti 1) uzņēmumu mērķi un kāpēc izvēlēts “radošo kvartālu” formāts; 2) izmantotās mārketinga aktivitātes komunikācijā ar auditoriju; 3) sabiedrisko attiecību un pasākumu nozīme kvartālu mārketinga komunikācijā un to sasaiste ar auditoriju; 4) sociālā tīkla Facebook kontā publicēto ierakstu satura un formāta atbilstība uzņēmuma mērķiem un mērķauditorijas interesēm; 5) auditorijas uzvedība un iesaiste. The objective of the bachelor’s thesis “Communication of Creative Quarters in Riga: Example of Kalnciems Quarter, Agenskalns Market and VEF Quarter” is to find out what communication channels and solutions these companies use and what form do they take, what are the factors that drive the audience engagement, and what is the audience feedback. The author conducted research using the following methods: interviews, quality and quantitative content analysis, and survey. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the author examines such theoretical approaches as creative quarters, marketing communication, public relations, event marketing, social media and consumer behaviour. The research results presented: 1) the goals of the enterprises and why they chose the “creative quarter” format; 2) what marketing activities they used in communication with the audience; 3) what is the importance of public relations and events in the marketing communication of the creative quarters and the connection to the audience; 4) how the content and format used in Facebook content corresponds to the goals of the enterprise and the interests of the target audience; 5) the engagement and behaviour of the audience.
