Latvijas Republikas Uzņēmumu reģistra kompetences noteikšanas problemātika un administratīvā procesa īpatnības

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Latvijas Republikas Uzņēmumu reģistra kompetences noteikšanas problemātika un administratīvā procesa īpatnības” ir veltīts iestādes kompetences tvēruma aktuālāko un praksē nozīmīgāko problēmjautājumu analīzei. Darba ietvaros veikts apjomīgs Latvijas Republikas Uzņēmumu reģistra tiesību piemērošanas prakses izvērtējums, izpētot kompetences norobežošanas principa problemātiku caur administratīvo tiesību institūta prizmu. Pētījuma rezultātā identificēti likuma “Par Latvijas Republikas Uzņēmumu reģistru” trūkumi un nepilnības, kā arī sniegti priekšlikumi tā iespējamajiem grozījumiem.

The work of the Bachelor's “Issues and peculiarities of the administrative process for determining the competence of The Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia” is devoted to the analysis of the most pressing issues of the scope of competence of the institution and the most important issues in practice. As part of the work, a major assessment of the law enforcement practice of The Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia has been carried out, examining the issue of the principle of demarcation of competence through the prism of the Institute for Administrative Rights. The study has identified shortcomings and shortcomings of the Law On the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia, as well as proposals for its possible amendments.
