Bakalaura darba “Noziedzīgi iegūto līdzekļu legalizācijas un terorisma finansēšanas novēršanas normatīvā regulējama attīstība un problemātika Eiropas Savienībā” mērķis ir izpētīt noziedzīgi iegūto līdzekļu legalizācijas un terorisma finansēšanas regulējumu Eiropas Savienības normatīvajos aktos un piedāvāt regulējuma uzlabojumus. Veicot dažādu avotu analīzi, autors ir nonācis pie secinājumiem, ka Eiropas Savienības regulējumā ir noteiktas pilnveidojuma iespējas trastiem pielīdzināmu personu, čaulas veidojumu, patiesā labumu guvēju identificēšanas un eksteritoriālā pilnvarojumu jomā. Autors piedāvā risinājumus, kā būtu iespējams uzlabot Eiropas Savienības regulējumu noziedzīgi iegūto līdzekļu legalizācijas un terorisma finansēšanas jomā.
