Abstract

Darba autore kā bakalaura darba tematu izvēlējās izpētīt "Līdzdalību". Bakalaura darba mērķis ir detalizēti izpētīt līdzdalības jēdzienu, katru no līdzdalībnieku veidiem, kā arī pazīmes, pēc kurām līdzdalību atšķirt no dalības. Izvēlētais temats pēc autores domām ir ļoti aktuāls, gan tā iemesla dēļ, ka tiek jaukts ar dalības jēdzienu, gan tā iemesla dēļ, ka aizvien vairāk un vairāk noziedzīgi nodarījumi tiek pastrādāti līdzdalībā. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1) izpētīt un analizēt līdzdalības vēsturisko attīstību; 2) detalizēti izpētīt līdzdalības jēdzienu un Krimināllikuma 20.pantu; 3) analizēt dalības un līdzdalības jēdzienu kopīgās un atšķirīgās pzaīmes; 4) apskatīt līdzdalības īpašos jautājumus; 5) salīdzināt līdzdalības regulējumu Latvijas Republikā ar līdzdalības regulējumu ārvalstu normatīvajos aktos. Darba uzdevumu veikšanai tiks izmantota vēsturiskā, salīdzināšanas, analītiskā un vispārināšanas pētnieciskās metodes: Bakalaura darbā ir 46 lappuses un darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām un tām sekojošām apakšnodaļām. Darba pirmā nodaļa tiek veltīta līdzdalības vēsturiskajai attīstībai, otrā nodaļa līdzdalības jēdzienam un līdzdalībnieku veidiem, savukārt trešā nodaļa veltīta Latvijas Republikas līdzdalības regulējuma salīdzināšanai ar ārvalstīm. Darbā izmantoto 42 dažādi avoti, tai skaitā literatūras avoti, tiesu prakse un normatīvie akti. Atslēgas vārdi: līdzdalība, organizētājs, uzkūdītājs, atbalstītājs.

The topic of the Bachelor’s Thesis is “Joint Participation”. The aim of the Thesis is to study in details each of the forms of Joint Participation. The topic of the Bachelor is very popular nowdays and this is one of the reason authore choose it as well as due to the reason that very often “Joint Participation” is mixed with “Participation.” Research Tasks: 1.to study the historical development of “Joint Participation”; 2.explore each sub-paragraph of the sections 20 of the Criminal Law; 3.similarity and differences between the terms “Participation” and “Joint Participation”; 4.view specific questions of “Joint Participation”; 5.to compare the regulation of jaoint participation in the Republic of Latvia with the regulation of participation in foreign normative acts. For the assignment accomplishment author use the historical, comparison, analysis and generalization methods. The Thesis contains 46 pages and consists of three chapters and subsequent sub-chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the historical development of participation, the second chapter on the concept of participation and the types of participation, while the third chapter is devoted to the comparison of the regulation of participation of the Republic of Latvia with foreign countries. 42 different sources are used in the thesis, including literature sources, court practice and normative acts.
