Pedagogu profesija Latvijas izglītības sistēmā un tai piederošās tiesības

Abstract

Maģistra darbā tiek pētīta pedagogu profesija Latvijas izglītības sistēmā, veidojot salīdzinošo analīzi ar Somijas un Igaunijas valstu pieredzi. Pedagoga profesijas standarti un tai piederošās tiesības dažādu valstu skatījumā atšķiras. Darbā, tās autore veic dažādu ārējo un iekšējo normatīvo aktu izpēti, pētot un analizējot šajās normās ietvertās pedagoga tiesības, vērtējot to samērīgumu ar pienākumiem. Rezultātu un pētījuma apkopojuma sadaļā autore veic iegūto datu analīzi, secinot, ka pedagogi izjūt tiesību aizskārumu no skolēnu, skolēnu vecāku puses, savukārt, pozitīvu vērtējumu iegūst pedagoga tiesību ievērošana no administrācijas vai darba devēja puses. Autores veiktais pētījums norāda uz nepilnībām pedagoga tiesību ievērošanā, sniedz ieskatu problēmsituācijās, kas saistītas ar pedagogu pašapziņu, tiesību apzināšos un tiesību nostiprināšanu valsts līmenī. Maģistra darba apjoms: 100 lpp. ietverti 20 attēli, 1 tabula, izmantotas 45 literatūras un avotu vienības, pievienoti 7 pielikumi. Pētījuma mērķis: Pamatojoties uz nepieciešamību aktualizēt pedagogu tiesības un nostiprināt to ievērošanu un saglabāšanu, veikt analīzi, pētījumu un izstrādāt ieteikumus skolotāju tiesību nostiprināšanai Latvijā. Pētījuma metodes: 1. Teorētiskā metode: literatūras, avotu, tiesu prakses analīze; 2. Empīriskās metodes: intervijas, aptaujas. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, četrām nodaļām, priekšlikumiem, secinājumiem, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta un 7 pielikumiem.

In this Master thesis the autor has done a research of teaching profession in Latvian education system, using a comparative analysis with the experience of Finland and Estonia. The standards and the rights of the teaching profession vary from one country to another. In Master thesis the author conducts research on various external and internal laws and regulations, studying and analyzing teacher rights included in these laws and regulations, assessing their proportionality with duties. In the summary of results and research, the author conducts analysis of the obtained data, concluding that teachers feel that their rights are violated by pupils and pupil`s parents, while the respect for the rights of teachers from administration or eployer is evaluated positively. The research conducted by the author points out the flaws in the respect of the rights of the teacher, gives insight into problematic situations related to the self-esteem of the educators, awareness of the rights and strengthening of the rights at a national level. The volume of Master thesis is 100 pages, 20 images, 1 table, 45 units of literature and other sources were used, 7 annexes added. The aim of the research: based on the need to update the rights of teachers and strengthen their observance and preservation, carry out analysis and research, and define recommendations for strengthening the rights of teachers in Latvia, recommending amendments to the Law on Education. The methods of research: 1.theoretical method: analysis of literature, sources and case-law. 2.empirical methods: interviews, surveys. The thesis consists of an introduction, four chapters, suggestions, conclusions, a list of references and sources and 7 annexes.
