Skolas vadības līderības kompetence organizācijas kultūras nodrošinājumā

Abstract

Mūsdienu tendences ikvienā nozarē izvirza arvien jaunas prasības sabiedrībai, arī izglītības sistēmai, tajā darbojošajām izglītības iestādēm un tās personālam, tai skaitā, iestādes vadībai neatkarīgi no to raksturojošiem parametriem. Īpaši aktuāla un vitāli nepieciešama prasme ir līderības kompetence. Pētījuma mērķis: Teorētiski analizēt un empīriski pētīt skolas administrācijas līderības kompetenci organizācijas kultūras nodrošinājumā. Darba teotetiskās daļas ietvaros tika apzināts un analizēts informācijas avotu un literatūras klāsts, kas ļāva gūt kvalitatīvu priekšstatu par darba ietvaros izvirzīto tēmu. Tā rezultātā autore konstatēja, ka skolas vadītājam nepieciešams sevī apvienot ne tikai vadītāja, bet arī līdera iezīmes, kompetenci, jo tas palīdzēs tam izpildīt un realizēt noteiktos pienākumus un veikt kvalītatīvu darbu organizācijas kultūras nodrošinājumā. Lai to panāktu, skolas vadītājam nepieciešams nepārtraukti pilnveidoties. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā autore analizēja un salidzināja kā skolas administrācijas līderības kompetence ietekme uz pedagoģisko personālu sadarbības līmeni divās Rīgas vidusskolās – X un Y. Datu ieguvei tiek izmantoti aptaujas metodes: intervija un anketēšana . Datu apstrādes metodei tiek izmantota IBM SPSS Statistics 22 apstrādes programma un kontentanalīze. Izstrādātais teorētiskais un empīriskais pētījums noderēs izglītības vadības virziena studentiem un skolas darbiniekiem.

Today's trends in every sector place ever new demands on society, including the education system, the educational institutions operating in it and its personnel, including the management of the institution, regardless of its characteristic parameters. A particularly relevant and vital skill is leadership competence. Aim of the research: To theoretically analyze and empirically study the leadership competence of the school administration in the provision of organizational culture. Within the theoretical part of the work, the range of information sources and literature was identified and analyzed, which allowed to get a qualitative idea of the topic raised within the work. As a result, the author found that the head of the school needs to combine not only the characteristics of the leader, but also the leader, competence, because it will help him to fulfill and implement the set responsibilities and perform quality work in the organization's culture. To achieve this, the school head needs continuous improvement. In the practical part of the study, the author analyzed and compared the impact of school administration leadership competence on the level of cooperation of pedagogical staff in two Riga secondary schools - X and Y. Survey methods are used to obtain data: interview and questionnaire. The data processing method uses the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 processing program and content analysis. The developed theoretical and empirical research will be useful for education management students and school employees.
