Pārmaiņu vadība skolas telpu nomaiņas procesā

Abstract

Darba autores, Samantas Straupmanes, bakalaura darba tēma ir “Pārmaiņu vadība skolas telpu nomaiņas procesā”. Darba mērķis ir pētīt un analizēt situāciju un apstākļus, kam pakļautas izglītības iestādes un to vadītāji, organizējot izglītības iestādes darbu telpās ārpus ierastās skolas ēkas, kā arī izstrādāt ieteikumus skolas vadībai pārmaiņu procesa darba organizēšanai telpu nomaiņas periodā. Kvalitatīvā pētījuma metodes dizains ir gadījuma pētījums. Gadījuma pētījuma dizainā tika izmantota kvalitatīvā datu ieguves metode – intervija. Pētījuma izlase ir X pilsētas A, B, C, D skolu vadītāji, X pilsētas domes pārstāvis, Y un Z pilsētu izglītības iestāžu vadītāji, kuri pieredzēja līdzīgas pārmaiņas. Pētījumā noskaidrots, ka galvenie aspekti, kas jāņem vērā pārmaiņu vadībā skolas telpu nomaiņas procesā ir izglītības iestādes lielums un citu iestāžu kapacitāte, pārmaiņu elementu, kā komunikācija, sadarbība, vadības stila un savstarpējā pušu mijiedarbība, kā arī atbilstošas izglītības iestādes fiziskās vides nodrošināšanas iespējas. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 106 lappuses, izmantotās bibliogrāfijas saraksta vienību skaits 63, no tiem 36 angļu valodā un 1 krievu valodā, pielikumu skaits 12, darbā ir 9 tabulas un 2 attēli. The bachelor thesis on the theme "Change Management in the Process of Reorganizing School Premises" was written by the Samanta Straupmane. This paper aims to study and analyse the situation, circumstances that educational institutions and their managers can be exposed at the management level when planning a change of school premises, as well as, to develop recommendations for schools’ management organizing this kind of change process. The design of a qualitative research method is a case study. The design of the case study used a qualitative data collection method - an interview. The sample of the study is the heads of schools A, B, C, D of city X, the representative of the city council of city X, the heads of educational institutions of city Y and Z, who experienced similar changes. The study found that the main aspects to be considered in change management in the process of changing school premises are the size of the educational institution and the capacity of other institutions, elements of change such as communication, cooperation, management style, and interaction, as well as appropriate physical environment. The thesis covers 106 pages. A number of bibliography items used 63, of which 36 sources of literature are in English and 1 in Russian, as well as 12 attachments, 9 tables, and 2 images.
