Abstract
Literatūras apskatā apkopota informācija par dažādām kristāliskajām formām. Apskatīti polimorfu veidošanās mehānismi, to īpašības, ieguves un analīzes metodes. Veikts ieskats kristālu augšanā un sameklēta informācija par nitrofurantoīnu un tā formām. Darba eksperimentālajā daļā apskatīta piedevu ietekme uz nitrofurantoīna polimorfās formas veidošanos. Veikti nukleācijas, šķīšanas un datormodelēšanas eksperimenti.
Literature review summarizes information about various crystalline solid forms. Mechanisms of polymorph formation, their properties, methods of characterization and analysis are reviewed. An insight into crystal growth and information on nitrofurantoin and its forms has been obtained. In experimental part of the work effect of additives on the formation of the polymorphic form of nitrofurntoin is observed. Nucleation, dissolution and computer modeling experiments were performed.
