Abstract
Maģistra darbā ir oligonukleotīdu dizainēšana, lai varētu detektēt fluorescentus kušanas līknes. Literatūras apskatā aprakstītas metodes, kas pielietotas oligonukleotīdu termodinamisko parametru noteikšanai. Tika izpētīti optimālie parametri fluorescentu kušanas grafiku uzņemšanai. Iegūtie rezultāti paver iespēju jaunai metodei, lai izpētītu termodinamiskos parametrus oligonukleotīdiem.
Oligonucleotides were designed to measure fluorescent melting curves. In literature we analysed other measuring methods for thermodynamic parameters. Next, it was investigated the optimal parameters for melting curve measurements. The obtained results open up a possibility for a new method to characterise thermodynamic parameters for oligonucleotide strands was sought.
