Abstract

Maģistra darbā „Neliela uzņēmuma informācijas sistēmas pilotprojekts” tiek pētīti izaicinājumi, ar kuriem saskaras mazi uzņēmumi, ieviešot informācijas sistēmu. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izveidot informācijas sistēmas pilotprojektu apdrošināšanas starpniecības uzņēmumam, kura padarīs ērtāku informācijas apmaiņu uzņēmuma iekšienē. Maģistra darba ir pirmajā nodaļā autors ir aplūkojis informācijas sistēmas ieviešanas teorētiskos aspektus, otrajā nodaļā autors ir veicis uzņēmuma sistēmas prasību izstrādi un trešajā nodaļā autors ir veicis sistēmas pilotprojekta izveidi un ieviešanu, balstoties uz iepriekš pētīto literatūru.

The Master's paper “Pilot project of a small enterprise information system” examines the challenges facing the implementation of an information system in small businesses. The aim of this thesis is to create a pilot project for an insurance mediation company which will make the sharing of information more convinient within the company. In the first chapter of this thesis, the author researched the theoretical aspects of the implementation of an information system, in the second chapter the author defined the requirements of the information system, and in the third chapter the author carried out a pilot project of the system based on the literature in previous chapters.
