Projekts: Uzņēmuma "10x10" dibināšana

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir Projekts SIA 10x10 dibināšana. Uzņēmums ir nolēmis izveidot privātpraksi, kura piedāvās matemātikas privātstundas, kā arī izgatavos galda spēles, kuras palīdzēs nostiprināt matemātikas zināšanas, veicinās loģisko domāšanu un matemātisko sakarību apguvi. Matemātikas privātstundas ir paredzētas, lai apgūtu skolas mācību vielu individuāli. Privātprakse nodrošinās nodarbības, kurās tiks apgūtas tēmas no 1. līdz 12. klasei, apmācot bērnus no 7 gadu vecuma, kā arī pieaugušos, pamatojoties uz to, ka ir personas, kuras vakarskolā vai tālmācībā mācās, lai iegūtu pamatskolas un vidusskolas izglītību. Darba autore ir izpētījusi, ka uzņēmuma izvēlētā pamatdarbība ir aktuāla un sabiedrībai nepieciešama. 2020. gadā Latvijā ir 6 oficiālas un sertificētas privātprakses. Citiem vārdiem sakot, Latvijā ir tikai 6 privātskolotāji, kuri atbilst Izglītības kvalitātes valsts dienesta prasībām un kritērijiem pēc, kuriem tiek izvērtētas personas, kuras drīkst sniegt interešu izglītības nodarbības bērniem un pieaugušajiem. Matemātikas centralizēto eksāmenu rezultāti ir viszemākie salīdzinot ar citu priekšmetu rezultātiem. Pēdējo četru gadu laikā ir vērojama vidējā vērtējuma pasliktināšanās. 2019.gadā vidējais matemātikas centralizēto eksāmenu rezultāts bija 32,7%. Nedaudz vairāk, kā 200 skolēniem netika ieskaitīts eksāmens, jo eksāmena rezultāts bija zem 5% sliekšņa. 9 200 skolēnu rezultāti nesasniedza 40%, kas nozīme, ka apmierinošu vērtējumu ieguva tikai 5 500 skolēni no 14 477 skolēniem, jeb 38%. Olainē un tās tuvumā nav pieejamas privātprakses vai atzīti matemātikas kursi. Latvijā pieejamās matemātikas galda spēles palīdz apgūt reizināšanu, dalīšanu, atņemšanu un saskaitīšanu. Tirgū nav pieejamas matemātikas galda spēles, kuras veicinātu matemātisko sakarību apguvi vai loģisko domāšanu. Projekta ietvaros tiks dibināts SIA – sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību. Projekta autore nolēma dibināt SIA, jo SIA ir ierobežota atbildība, uzņēmuma īpašnieki atbild ar uzņēmumam piederošo kapitālu. Uzņēmumu dibinās 1 persona. SIA 10x10 pamatkapitāls būs 2800 eiro ko iemaksās viens dibinātājs. Pirmajā pastāvēšanas gadā uzņēmuma dibinātājs būs vienīgais darbinieks, kura darba pienākumi ietilps: pasniegt matemātikas privātstundas, izveidot klientu datu bāzi, izveidot un uzturēt Facebook.com reģistrēto uzņēmuma lapu, reklamēt uzņēmumu, uzkopt telpas un citi pienākumi. Uzņēmums ir nolēmis noslēgt līgumu ar grāmatvedības firmu, lai tā izveidotu un uzturētu uzņēmuma grāmatvedību. Otrajā pastāvēšanas gadā uzņēmums pieņems darbā papildus privātskolotāju, lai nodrošinātu papildus privātstundas. Privātprakse atradīsies Olainē, Zemgales ielā 19.

The topic of this master's thesis is Start up project SIA 10x10. The company has decided to create a private practice that will offer private math lessons as well as board games that will help strengthen mathematical knowledge, encourage logical thinking, and learn mathematical correlations. The purpose of private math lessons is to individually teach the school subject. The private practice will organize lessons starting from 1st to 12th grade, teaching children from the age of 7 as well as adults, based on the fact that there are people who study in evening classes or are distance learning to get primary and secondary education. The author of the paper has researched that the main activity chosen by the company is topical and necessary for the public because of several reasons. Firstly, in 2020 there are only 6 official and certified private practices in Latvia. In other words, there are only 6 private teachers in Latvia who meet the requirements and criteria of the State Education Quality Service that evaluates individuals who may provide interest education classes for children and adults. Secondly, the results of the centralized examinations in mathematics are the lowest in comparison to other subjects. During the last four years scores for the exam have been continuously declining. In 2019, the average assessment of the centralized results of mathematics was 32.7%, slightly above 200 students did not pass the exam, because the exam result was below the 5% threshold. About 9,200 students did not reach 40%, which means that only 5,500 students out of 14,477 had a passing score, which is 38% of all students. Thirdly, there are no private practices or mathematics courses in or around Olaine. Fourthly, there are simple board games available in Latvia, which only help to learn multiplication, division, subtraction, and addition. The range of offers is minimal and does not meet the demands and wishes of consumers. Within the framework of the project a limited liability company will be established, despite it having only 1-2 employees. The author of the project decided to establish a limited liability company, because it has limited liability, therefore the owners are liable only for the capital owned by the company. The company will be founded by one person. The capital of SIA 10x10 will be 2,800 EUR, which will be paid by one founder. In the first year of the company's existence, the company's founder will be the only employee. The job responsibilities will be to teach private math lessons, establish a customer base, create, and maintain a Facebook page, advertise the company, clean the premises and other duties required by the company. The company has decided to enter into an agreement with an accounting firm to establish and maintain the Company's accounts. In the second year of its existence, the company will hire a second private tutor to provide additional private lessons. The private practice will be located in Olaine, Zemgales Street 19.
