Latīņu tipa notariātam raksturīgais notariālais akts kā notariāla apliecinājuma veids nodrošina ticamību apliecinātā gribas izteikuma un faktu, kuriem ir tiesiska nozīme, autentiskumam. Tādēļ promocijas darba galvenais mērķis ir notariāla akta apliecināšanas procesa iztirzājums, analizējot pastāvošās problēmas, pretrunas, izsakot priekšlikumus to novēršanai. Lai sasniegtu minēto, kā arī tam pakārtotos mērķus, viens no pētījuma uzdevumiem ir analizēt notariāla apliecinājuma terminoloģiju, izdalot veidus - notariālu aktu un notāra veiktu apliecinājumu. Starp uzdevumiem, darbā izvirzīto mērķu sasniegšanai, ir noteikta notariāla akta apliecināšanas procesa analīze, izvērtējot iespēju apliecināšanas procesu iedalīt posmos, analizējot to. ANNOTATION

Notaries of the Latin type issue documents which confirm the truth and authenticity of the relevant expression of will and of the relevant legal facts. The aim of this dissertation is to analyse this process of notarial confirmation, analysing existing problems and contradictions, and making proposals on how these can be addressed. The author has analysed terminology related to notarial certification, differentiating between notarial acts and certification from a notary. In pursuit of the goals of the study, the author analysed the way in which notarial acts are certified, looking at whether it would be possible to divide this process up into segments.
