Kontrastjutība un redzes asums mīksto mēneša kontaktlēcu lietotājiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 26 lapām. Darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Darbs satur 9 attēlus, 3 tabulas, 1 pielikumu un 31 atsauci uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis: Izvērtēt mīksto mēneša kontaktlēcu materiālu nolietojuma ietekmi uz cilvēka redzes asumu un kontrastjutību. Metode un dalībnieki: Pētījumā piedalījās 15 cilvēki vecumā no 20 līdz 33 gadiem. Dalībniekiem tika novērtēta kontrastjutība un redzes asums kontaktlēcu lietošanas termiņa sākumā un beigās ar FrACT datorizētā testa palīdzību. Rezultāti: Kontrastjutība un redzes asums lietošanas perioda sākumā ir labāks (p<0,05), nekā lietošanas termiņa beigās. Kontaktlēcu nolietojums samazina cilvēka redzes asumu un kontrastjutību.

The bachelor’s thesis is written in Latvian on 26 pages. The work consists of introduction, theoretical and practical parts. There are 9 pictures, 3 tables, 1 appendix and 31 references on the sources of literature in the work. Aim of the thesis: To evaluate the impact of wear of soft monthly contact lens materials on human visual acuity and contrast sensitivity. Method and participants: 15 people between the ages of 20 and 33 participated in the study. Participants were tested for contrast sensitivity and visual acuity at the beginning and end of the contact lens use period using FrACT computerized tests. Results: Contrast sensitivity and visual acuity at the beginning of the contact lens use period are better (p<0,05) than at the end of the use period. Contact lens wear reduces a person's visual acuity and contrast sensitivity.
