Naudas sods krimināltiesībās
Zusammenfassung
Autores bakalaura darba temats ir “Naudas sods krimināltiesībās”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt tiesību attīstības gaitu, kas ietekmēja arī naudas sodu, salīdzināt Latvijas un citu valstu regulējumus un statistikas datus un noteikt naudas soda regulējuma un piemērošanas problēmas. Darba uzdevumi ir izanalizēt naudas soda attīstību no 13. gadsimta līdz 21. gadsimtam, izanalizēt Latvijas regulējumu un piemērošanas statistiku un salīdzināt ar citām valstīm. Temata izpētes rezultātā ir izdalītas problēmas – naudas soda piemērošanas retums salīdzinājumā ar citām valstīm, naudas soda noteikšanas metode un naudas soda samaksas termiņa noteikšanas metode. Temata izpētes rezultātā ir iegūti interesanti rezultāti, kas lika izdarīt secinājumus, ka izdalītās problēmas tiešām pastāv Latvijā, bet tās ir labojamas, ņemot vērā Latvijas regulējumu, statistiku un praksi, kā arī citu valstu regulējumu un statistiku. The topic of the author's bachelor's thesis is "Fine in Criminal Law". The aim of the work is to study the development of law, which also affected the fine, to compare the regulations and statistical data of Latvia and other countries and to determine the problems of the regulation and application of fines. The tasks of the work are to analyze the development of fines from the 13th to the 21st century, to analyze Latvia's regulation and application statistics and to compare them with other countries. As a result of the research of the topic, problems have been identified - the rarity of the application of fines in comparison with other countries, the method of setting fines and the method of determining the term of payment of fines. As a result of the research of the topic, interesting results have been obtained, which led to the conclusion that the identified problems do exist in Latvia, but they can be corrected, taking into account Latvian regulations, statistics and practices, as well as regulations and statistics of other countries.
