The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the question of the genesis of the criminal procedural system, which existed in the territory of Russia from the first state formation in the 9 th century to the first major judicial reform, which took place on November 20, 1864. The task of the bachelor's thesis is to give a concept of Russia's criminal procedural system evolution.
