Populārāko kurvjiežu dzimtas ārstniecības augu lietošanas paradumi Latvijā

Abstract

Ārstniecības augi tiek lietoti jau no sendienām. Neskatoties uz plašo ķīmiski sintezēto zāļu klāstu, mūsdienās ārstniecības augi kā alternatīva šiem līdzekļiem tiek lietoti arvien biežāk. Darbā apkopotas zinātniski apstiprinātas populārāko kurvjziežu dzimtas ārstniecības augu lietošanas indikācijas un izzināts, ar cik patiesu un zinātniski pierādītu informāciju strādā farmācijas speciālisti un vai to izmanto arī ārstniecības augu lietotāji. Darba ietvaros tika veikta 96 aptiekā strādājošu farmācijas speciālistu un 87 ārstniecības augu lietotāju anketēšana. Iegūtie maģistra darba pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka gan farmācijas speciālisti iesaka, gan arī augu lietotāji izmanto augus tādām indikācijām, kurām ir zinātniski pierādīti efekti.

Medicinal plants have been used since ancient times. Despite the wide range of chemically synthesized drugs, herbs are increasingly being used as an alternative to there drugs. The paper summarizes the scientifically validated indications for the use of the most popular medicinal plants of Aster family and finds out how much true and scientifically proven information is used by specialists and whether it is also used by medicinal plants users. Within the framework of the work, 96 pharmacy specialists working in pharmacies and 87 users of medicinal plants were surveyed. The results of the master’s thesis research show that both pharmaceutical specialists reccomend and plant users use herbs for the indication that have scientifically proven effects.
