Abstract

Darba tēma: Māsu profesionālās darbības pilnveide sociālās aprūpes centrā Tēmas aktualitāte pamatojama ar to, ka sociālās aprūpes institūcijās strādā multiprofesionālā komanda, kurā māsas funkcijas ir viena no būtiskākajām. Noskaidrot māsas profesionālo darbību veicinošos un kavējošos faktorus ir būtiski aprūpes un rehabilitācijas procesa kvalitatīvai nodrošināšanai. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot māsu profesionālās darbības pilnveides iespējas sociālās aprūpes centrā. Pētniecības uzdevumi: •Apkopot un analizēt literatūru par māsu profesionālo darbību sociālajā aprūpē; • B. Ņūmenas (Betty Neuman) māszinību teoriju pielietot saistībā ar pētījumu. •Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu un veikt pētījumu. •Analizēt pētījuma rezultātus un izdarīt secinājumus. Pētniecības jautājums: Kādi ir māsu profesionālo darbību veicinošie un kavējošie faktori sociālās aprūpes institūcijā? Pētījuma metode – kvantitatīva. Pētījuma instruments – aptaujas anketa. Pētījuma rezultāti: māsu profesionālo darbību institūcijā visvairāk ietekmē tādi faktori kā māsu personiskā attieksme un atbilstība profesijai, klienta un viņu tuvinieku līdzestību un vadības attieksmi un saņemto atbalstu māsām. Būtiskākie faktori, kas visvairāk ietekmē māsas darbības kvalitāti ir māsu atbilstība izvēlētajai profesijai nozīmīgumu, iestādes vadības attieksme un atbalsts, prakse jeb pieredze darbā ar klientiem un darba stāžs kā arī māsu izglītība un pašizglītošanās. Veiktais pētījums un tā rezultāti būs praktiski izmantojamu māsas profesionālās darbības pilnveidei sociālās aprūpes institūcijās. Title of bachelor thesis: Improvement of nurses' professional activity in the social care center. The actuality of the current topic is justified by the fact that social care institutions have a multi-professional team, in which the functions of a nurse are one of the most important. To find out the factors that promote and hinder the professional activity of a nurse is essential for the quality assurance of the care and rehabilitation process. The aim of bachelor thesis: to find out the possibilities of professional development of nurses in the social care center. Research tasks: •to compile and analyze the literature on the professional activity of nurses in social care; •apply B. Betty Neuman's theory of nursing in connection with research; •develop a research tool and conduct research; •analyze research results and draw conclusions. Research question: What are the factors promoting and hindering the professional activity of nurses in a social care institution? Research method – quantitative. Research tool – questionnaire. Results of the research: the professional activities of nurses in the institution are most influenced by such factors as nurses' personal attitude and compliance with the profession, equality of the client and their relatives and management attitude and received support for nurses. The most important factors that most influence the quality of nursing are the importance of nurses' compliance with the chosen profession, the attitude and support of the institution's management, practice or experience in working with clients and work experience, as well as nursing education and self-education. The conducted research and its results will be practically usable for the improvement of nurses' professional activity in social care institutions.
