Bakalaura darba tēma: dzīves kvalitāte pacientiem ar hronisku sirds mazspēju. Tēmas aktualitāte: daudz kas ir atkarīgs no cilvēku dzīves paradumiem, kas ir pacienta kopējā veselības stāvokļa rādītājs, kļūst arvien lielāka nozīme mūsdienu medicīnā. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot dzīves kvalitāti pacientiem ar hronisku sirds mazspēju. Darba uzdevumi: analizēt zinātnisko literatūru un V. Hendersones māszinības teoriju, veikt aptauju un iegūto datu analīzi, izdarīt secinājumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze: pacientu ar hronisku sirds mazspēju dzīves kvalitāti pazemina neapmierinātība ar savu veselības stāvokli ir apstiprinājusies daļēji. Zems veselības vērtējums ietekmē visas pacienta dzīves jomas, tāpēc dzīves kvalitāte ir zema. Pētniecības metode: kvantitatīvā metode. Pētniecības instruments: SF-36 PVO dzīves kvalitātes anketa. Pētījuma rezultāti: pētījuma sākumā izvirzītā hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies. The topic of the bachelor's thesis: Quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure. Topicality of the research: a lot depends on people's life habits, which is an indicator of the patient's overall health and is becoming increasingly important in modern medicine. The aim of the research is: to determine the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure. The objectives are: to study and to analyse the scientific literature and V. Henderson's nursing theory, to conduct a survey and to analyse the obtained data, to draw conclusions. The hypothesis: The quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure is reduced by dissatisfaction with their health condition - has been partially confirmed.
