Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma „Stresa vadīšana operāciju māsu praksē”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka statistiskie, ikgadēji dati, par stresu medicīnas dar-biniekiem, kuri procentuāli pieaug. Darbs tiek veikts ar mērķi izzināt stresa vadīšanu operāciju māsu praksē. Analizējot pētījuma rezultātus tika konstatēts, ka māsām pietrūkst zināšanu par stresa vadīšanu un stresa vadīšanas veidiem. Ka arī tika konstatēts, ka operāciju māsas nezin, kā vadīt savu stresu savā praksē, darba specifikas dēļ. Pētījuma jautājums - kāda ir stresa vadīšana operāciju māsu praksē? Veicot pētījuma analīzi, darba autore var atbildēt uz pētījuma jautājumu , ka operāciju māsu praksē, stresa vadīšana ir nepietiekamā. Darbā veikts zinātniskas literatūras apraksts par stresa vadīšanu un to veidiem, kā arī veikts pētījums par stresa vadīšanu operāciju māsu praksē. Darba tika pielietota kvalitatīva pētniecības metode - intervija. Pētniecības instruments – intervijas jautājumi. Darba pētījuma daļā veiktas intervijas ar 10. respondentiem vienā no X slim-nīcām. Darba rezultāti apkopoti, tika veikta kontentanalīze. Tabulas ar kontentanalī-zi atrodas pielikumā un ir attēloti 12. tabulās. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Stress management in the practice of surgical nurses". The topicality of the topic is determined by statistical, annual data on the stress of medical staff. This data shows that in percentile stress is increasing. The work is done with the aim to find out stress management in the practice of surgical nurses. The results of analysis has found, that nurses lack knowledge about stress management methods. It was also found that surgical nurses do not know how to manage their stress in their practice, due to the specifics of the work. Research question - what is stress management in surgical nursing practice? During the analysis of the research, the author of the paper can answer the research question that in the practice of nurses, stress management is insufficient. The paper describes the scientific literature on stress management and its types, as well as a study on stress management in the practice of surgical nurses. A qualitative research method - interview - was used in the work. Research tool - interview questions. In the part of the research, interviews were conducted with 10 respondents in one of the X hospitals. The results of the work were summarized, content analysis was performed. The tables with content analysis are in the appendix and are shown in Table 12. This work is theoretical with the support of an examination probe and appen-dices.
