Bakalaura darba “Patvēruma tematikas politizācija. Austrijas un Vācijas gadījums” galvenais mērķis ir konstatēt, kāda dinamika patvēruma tematikas politizācijas procesā ir novērojama sociāldemokrātisko un radikāli labējo partiju starpā. Balstoties uz politizācijas, kā arī patvēruma konceptiem darba teorētiskajā daļā, tika veidots politisko spēku profils pavēruma politikas ietvaros. Empīriskās daļas ietvaros veikto vēlēšanu programmu un parlamentāro debašu analīzes rezultātā gūtas atziņas par partiju argumentāciju un pozīcijām patvēruma tematikas ietvaros. Rezultātā secināms, ka patvēruma tematikas politizācijas ietvaros radikāli labējās partijas tās ideoloģisko nostādņu dēļ ir stratēģiski labākā pozīcijā nekā sociāldemokrātiskās partijas. The main goal of the Bachelor's thesis “Politicization of asylum. The case of Austria and Germany” is to identify the dynamics between the social democratic and radical right-wing parties in the process of politicization of asylum issues. Based on the theoretical concepts of politicization and asylum, individual party profiles regarding asylum were created. As a result of the analysis of the election programs and parliamentary debates in the empirical part, main findings on parties' arguments and positions within the asylum theme were obtained. It can be concluded that within the politicization of asylum issues, radical right-wing parties are in a strategically better position than social democratic parties due to their ideological positions.
