Sociālais darbs ar ģimenēm un bērniem ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem Rīgā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Sociālais darbs ar ģimenēm un bērniem ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem Rīgā”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir noteikt sociālā pakalpojuma “Individuālās sociālās rehabilitācijas programmas nodrošināšana bērnam ar funkcionāliem traucējumiem” efektivitāti ierobežojošos un veicinošos faktorus attiecībā uz ģimeņu individuālo mērķu sasniegšanu, un ietekmi uz ģimeni kā sistēmu. Darbā ir izmantota viena gadījuma analīzes pētījuma metodoloģija, ar trīs iekļautām gadījuma vienībām. Izmantojot sistēmisko pieeju un ģimenes sistēmas teoriju, ar kvalitatīvās pētniecības metodēm, tiek meklētas atbildes uz jautājumiem, kā bērna ar AST dalība intervences programmā ietekmē ģimeni kā sistēmu un vai programmai izdodas sasniegt ģimenes individuālos mērķus. Veicot programmas dokumentācijas analīzi un analizējot datus no vecāku intervijām, empīriskais pētījums atklāj, ka Programma spēj apmierināt analīzē iekļauto ģimeņu individuālās vajadzības. Neskatoties uz daudzām sistēmiskām grūtībām ar ko ikdienā saskaras ģimenes, kuras aprūpē bērnus ar AST, dalība programmā ir pozitīvi ietekmējusi arī ģimenes kā sistēmas sociālo funkcionēšanu. Balstoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, ir izstrādāti ieteikumi sociālā pakalpojuma programmas sniedzējiem un sociālā darba speciālistiem. Kā arī lēmuma pieņēmējiem pašvaldībās, kas meklē iespējas, kā nodrošināt piemērotu sociālā darba atbalstu un sociālos pakalpojumus ģimenēm un bērniem ar AST. The topic of the master's thesis is "Social work with families and children with autism spectrum disorders in Riga". The aim of the master's thesis is to determine the factors limiting and promoting the effectiveness of the social service “Provision of an individual social rehabilitation program for a child with functional disorders” with respect to the achievement of families' individual goals and the impact on the family as a system. The methodology of one case analysis study is used in the work, with three included case units. Applying a systemic approach and the family system theory, qualitative research methods seek answers to the questions of how an AST child's participation in an intervention program affects the family, how the system, and whether the program succeeds in achieving the family's individual goals. The empirical study, by analysing both, the program documentation and the data from parental interviews, reveals that the Program is able to meet the individual needs of the families included in the analysis. Despite the many systemic difficulties that families caring for children with AST face on a daily basis, participation in the program has also had a positive effect on the social functioning of the family as a system. Based on the results of the research, recommendations have been developed for social service providers and social work specialists in the services. As well as decision-makers in municipalities looking for opportunities to provide appropriate social work support and social services for families and children with AST.
