Promocijas darbā pētītas in-vivo ādas autofluorescences un remisijas intensitātes atkarības no laika pie nepārtrauktas zemas jaudas lāzeru ierosmes. Izveidotas un aprobētas trīs jaunas metodikas in-vivo ādas bezkontakta diagnostikai - autofluorescences fotoizbalēšanas laiku noteikšanai fiksētā ādas apgabalā, šo laiku sadalījuma attēlošanai un remisijas pulsāciju detektēšanai vienlaikus pie vairākiem viļņu garumiem. Eksperimentāli noteikti raksturīgie autofluorescences fotoizbalēšanas laiki no fiksēta ādas rajona visiem sešiem ādas fototipiem.
Atslēgas vārdi: in-vivo āda, autofluorescences fotoizbalēšana, multispektrālā fotopletizmogrāfija Time dependences of in-vivo skin autofluorescence and remission intensities under continuous low power laser irradiation have been studied in the doctoral thesis. Three novel methodologies of contactless in-vivo skin diagnostics – for determination of autofluorescence photobleaching rates from fixed skin area, for imaging, of distribution of these rates, and for detection of remission pulsations simultaneously at several wavelengths – have been developed and tested. The characteristic photobleaching rates of autofluorescence have been determined experimentally for all six skin photo-types. Specific surface distributions of photobleaching parameters of skin pathologies, healthy skin and skin-nail interface have been recorded. In-vivo skin “photo-memory” effect has been demonstrated experimentally, and autofluorescence recovery time after low power laser irradiation of healthy skin was estimated. Characteristic variations of photoplethysmographic signals at different wavelengths during breath holding and skin contact probe pressure tests have been recorded. Eventual clinical applications of the developed methods for non-invasive skin diagnostics have been discussed.
