Abstract

Autore, izstrādājot darbu, pievēršas šī institūta problēmjautājumiem un normatīvo tiesību aktu nepilnībām. Bakalaura darbs balstās uz pastāvošās nacionālās un starptautiskās prakses analīzi un statistikas datiem, kā arī uz valsts un starptautisko iestāžu lomu analīzi šo jautājumu ietvaros. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir piedāvāt priekšlikumus, lai novērstu normatīvo tiesību aktu trūkumus un vērstu sabiedrības uzmanību uz adopciju kā vienu no ģimenes veidošanas iespējām. Bakalaura darba rezultātā tika izstrādāti jauni priekšlikumi, kas vērsti uz bērnu interešu nodrošināšanu un aizsardzību.

Developing the work, the author addresses the problems of this institute and the shortcomings of the legislation. The bachelor's thesis is based on the analysis of existing national and international practice and statistical data, as well as on the analysis of the roles of national and international institutions within these issues. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to offer proposals to eliminate the shortcomings of the legislation and to attract attention to adoption as one of the possibilities of family formation. As a result of the bachelor's thesis, new proposals were developed aimed at ensuring and protecting the interests of children.
