Fizikālās un rehabilitācijas māsas darbs multidisciplinārā komandā stacionārā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma “ Fizikālās un rehabilitācijas medicīnas māsas darbs multidisciplinārā komandā stacionārā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka to personu skaitlisks pieaugums, kurām ir ilgstoša darbnespēja un, kuriem ir piešķirta invaliditāte (ar noteiktām diagnozēm). Līdz ar to darbspējīgās personas darba tirgū atgriežas vēlāk. Rehabilitācija ir būtiska pacientu atgriešanai darbā, turklāt labāku rezultātu sasniegšanai viens no priekšnosacījumiem ir ātrāka rehabilitācijas uzsākšana. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot fizikālās un rehabilitācijas māsas darbu multidisciplinārā komandā stacionārā. Pētījuma jautājums: kāda ir fizikālās un rehabilitācijas māsas sadarbība ar pārējiem multidisciplinārās komandas locekļiem stacionārā? Pētījuma uzdevumi: izanalizēt literatūras avotus par fizikālo un rehabilitācijas māsas darbu ar pārējiem multidisciplinārās komandas locekļiem un Dorotejas Oremas Pašaprūpes teoriju pielietojumu fizikālās un rehabilitācijas māsas praksē, izstrādāt intervijas jautājumus, veikt interviju, analizēt un apkopot intervijā iegūto informāciju, izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma veids: kvalitatīvs. Pētījuma instruments: intervijas jautājumi. Respondentu atlases metode: mērķtiecīga, nevarbūtīga atlases metode.

Topic of bachelor’s thesis was “Work of physical and rehabilitation medicine nurse in inpatient multidisciplinary team setting”. Topicality of this work is defined by the growth of the number of people with incapacity for work and disability (with certain diagnoses). Because of that, people, who are capable of working, return to labor market later on. Rehabilitation is essential to help patients return to full capacity for working and one of the preconditions for achieving better rehabilitation outcomes is starting the rehabilitation process as early on as possible. The aim of thesis was to determine the aspects of a nurses work in inpatient multidisciplinary rehabilitation team setting. Research question was: what kind of cooperation a nurse has with other multidisciplinary team members in inpatient rehabilitation? Tasks of thesis were: to analyze sources of literature regarding physical and rehabilitation nurse work with other multidisciplinary team members and use of Dorothea Orem’s Self-Care Deficit Nursing Theory in physical and rehabilitation nurse’s practice, to develop interview questions, to conduct an interview, to analyze and compile information gained in interview and to draw conclusions. Research design: qualitative. Research instrument: interview questions. Method of selecting respondents: purposeful, unlikely sample method.
