Bakalaura darba tēma “Insulta profilakse pacientiem ar hipertonisko slimību” tika izvēlēta, jo hipertoniskās slimība ir galvenais ietekmējamais riska faktors insulta novēršanai. Mainot dzīvesveidu un ikdienas paradumus, kā arī koriģējot uztura paradumus, tiks novērts saslimšanas risks ar sirds un asinsvadu slimībām. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kā pacienti ar hipertonisko slimību ievēro insulta profilakses pasākumus. Darbā tika izvirzīta šāda hipotēze: Pacienti, kuri hipertonisko slimību ārstē stacionārā pievērš lielāku uzmanību insulta profilaksei, salīdzinot ar pacientiem, kuri hipertonisko slimību ārstē ambulatori. Darbā tika izmantota kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode. Pētījuma instruments: anketa. Pētījumā iegūtie dati atspoguļo, kā hipertoniskās slimības pacienti gan stacionāri, gan ambulatori ievēro insulta profilakses pasākumus. Bachelor’s Thesis “Prevention of stroke in patients with hypertonic disease” was chosen because the hypertonic disease is the main affected risk factor for preventing stroke. Changing lifestyle and daily habits, as well as adjusting dietary habits, will prevent the risk of cardiovascular disease. Aim of work was to investigate how patients with hypertonic disease follow stroke prevention measures. The following hypothesis was raised at work: Patients who treat hypertonic disease in a hospital pay more attention to the prevention of stroke compared with patients who treat hypertonic disease in an ambulatory. The method of quantitative research was used in the work. Study tool: questionnaire. Data from the study reflect how patients with hypertonic disease, both hospitals, and ambulatory, follow stroke prevention measures.
