Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Lietotnes TikTok lietošanas paradumi un motivācija: Latvijas bērnu un jauniešu auditorijas analīze.” Darba galvenais pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt Latvijas dažādu vecumu grupu jauniešu populāras lietotnes lietošanas paradumus, motivāciju un intereses, noskaidrot, vai profila tēla un tās prezentēšana ir aktuāla šajā lietotnē, kā arī izpētīt lietotnes populārās tendences un gūt priekšstatu par to klasifikāciju un satura īpašībām. Bakalaura darba teorētiskā pieeja ir balstīta uz attiecīgas akadēmiskas literatūras par lietojuma un apmierinājuma teoriju, sociālās iemācīšanās, sociālās identitātes un apmaiņas teoriju, sevis prezentēšanu un savas patības izveides teorētisko kontekstu, kā arī tika veikts ieskats Gofmaņa dramaturģiskā pieejā. Darba metodoloģiskās pieejas pamatā ir kvantitatīva pētniecības metode – anonīma anketēšana starp lietotnes lietotājiem, kā arī satura kvalitatīvā kontenta analīze starp lietotnes populāram tendencēm. Empīriskā daļā ir iekļauts pētījuma gaitas apraksts, kā arī pētījumā iegūto rezultātu analīze, veidojot priekštatu par jauniešu lietošanas paradumiem, motivāciju, interesēm, kā arī ir veikta populāru tendenču analīze lietotnē TikTok. Bakalaura darba pētījuma rezultātā ir noskaidrots, kāda ir Latvijas bērnu un jauniešu motivācija lietot lietotni Tik Tok, kāds saturs tos vairāk piesaista un kāpēc, kā arī ir noskaidrotas aktuālākās tendences lietotnē un veikta to klasifikācija pēc žanriem un satura īpašībām. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Habits and motivation of using the application "TikTok": Analysis of Latvian children and young age audience”. The aim of the bachelor thesis research is to research the usage habits, motivation and interests of the young age users of popular application, and also to find out does the making account character and self-presentation is still being and in this application. The theoretical approach of the bachelor's thesis is based on the relevant academic literature of uses and gratification theory, social learning theory, social identity and exchange theory, theoretical context of self-presentation and of self-creation, as well as Goffman's dramatical approach. The methodological approach of the work is based on a quantitative research method - anonymous questionnaires among the users of the application, as well as the qualitative content analysis of the popular applications trends. The empirical part includes a description of the research process, as well as the results obtained in the research analysis, creating an idea about the usage habits, motivation, interests of young people, as well as the analysis of popular trends in the application Tik Tok. In the results of bachelor’s thesis, are clarified facts about young age audience motivation, usage habits, interests of using application Tik Tok, as well as the most current trends in the application have been analyzed and their classification by genres and content specificity has been performed.
