Maģistra darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādi emociju diskursi ir sastopami Saeimas deputātu ierakstos (tekstos un runājošos tekstos) sociālā vietnē Facebook par ārkārtējo situāciju valstī laikposmā no 2020. gada 13.marta līdz 13. aprīlim un kādas attiecības ir novērojamas starp Saeimas koalīcijas un opozīcijas deputātu emocijām un tēmām un objektiem, kam veltītas emocijas. Pētījuma problēma ir Saeimas deputātu uz emocijām balstīta savstarpējā un uz sabiedrību vērsta komunikācija, kas ārkārtējās situācijas laikā varētu kļūt vēl emocionālāka. Darba teorētiskā daļa ietver emociju teorijas modeļus, emociju izmantošanu komunikācijā, politiskās komunikācijas jēdzienu, politisko komunikāciju krīzes apstākļos un sociālos tīklos, partiju sistēmas Latvijā un politisko partiju raksturojumu, kā arī ārkārtējās situācijas laika posmā no 2020.gada 13.marta līdz 13.aprīlim raksturojumu. Metodoloģija sastāv no kritiskās diskursa analīzes. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka ir novērojamas sakarības starp Saeimas koalīcijas un opozīcijas paustām emocijām, tēmām un subjektiem, kam veltītas šīs emocijas, kā arī diskursa veidotāja nodomiem un mērķiem. Atslēgas vārdi: emocijas, diskurss, kritiskā diskursa analīze, Saeima, politiskā komunikācija, Facebook, ārkārtējā situācija, COVID-19 The aim of the Master's Thesis is to find out what emotion discourses are found in the Saeima (the parlament) deputies' records (texts and speaking texts) on the social media Facebook about the emergency situation in the country, in period from March 13 to April 13, 2020 and what relations are observed between the Saeima coalition and opposition deputies emotions and themes and objects to which emotions are dedicated. The problem of the research is the emotional-based mutual and community-oriented communication of the Saeima deputies, which could become even more emotional during the emergency situation in the country. The theoretical part of the work includes models of emotion theory, use of emotions in communication, the concept of political communication, political communication in crisis and social media, the party system and political parties in Latvia, as well as the emergency situation in the country from March 13 to April 13, 2020. . The methodology consists of a critical discourse analysis. The results of the research show that there are correlations between the emotions expressed by the Saeima coalition and the opposition, the topics and subjects to which these emotions are dedicated, as well as the intentions and goals of the discourse maker.
