Maģistra darba tēma ir “Apsūdzība un tās tiesiskā nozīme kriminālprocesā”. Darba mērķis ir, analizējot tiesību zinātnes avotos pastāvošās atziņas par apsūdzību, konstatēt problēmas un piedāvāt iespējamos risinājumus. Maģistra darba uzdevumi ir: definēt apsūdzības jēdzienu, analizēt apsūdzības standartus, noskaidrot apsūdzības robežu ietekmi, izpētīt gadījumus, kad apsūdzība ir jāgroza, analizēt nepareizas apsūdzības gadījumus, izpētīt pienākumu atteikties no apsūdzības, analizēt tiesas pienākumu attaisnot personas. Darba ietvaros tiek analizēts apsūdzības saturs un standarts, pētīti jautājumi par apsūdzības grozīšanu un tās robežu ietekmi uz tiesu, analizētas nepareizas apsūdzības sekas, pētīts jautājums par tiesas tiesībām konstatēt no apsūdzības atšķirīgus noziedzīgā nodarījuma faktiskos apstākļus. The topic of the Master's thesis is "Prosecution and its legal significance in criminal proceedings". The aim of the work is to identify problems and suggest possible solutions by analysing the existing quotes on prosecution in legal sources. The tasks of the Master's thesis are: to define the concept of prosecution, to analyse the standards of prosecution, to find out the impact of the boundaries of prosecution, to study cases when the prosecution needs to be amended, to analyse cases of incorrect prosecution, to investigate the obligation to refuse prosecution, to analyse the court's obligation to acquit persons. In the work the content and standards of the prosecution are analysed, the issues of amending the prosecution and the impact of its boundaries on the court are studied, the consequences of incorrect prosecution are analysed, the issue of the court's right to establish factual circumstances different from the prosecution is studied.
