Pirmsskolas pedagogu motivācijas pilnveide x un y pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēs

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba temats ir par pirmskolas pedagogu motivācijas pilnveides iespējām. Lai pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes pedagogs savus darba pienākumus justos motivēts veikt pēc iespējas kvalitatīvāk, ir ļoti svarīgi, lai viņa darba motivācijas līmenis būtu augsts. Zems pedagoga darba motivācijas līmenis var atstāt negatīvas sekas uz izglītojamo akadēmiskajiem sasniegumiem, attīstību un labklājību. Darba mērķis bija apkopot teorētiskās atziņas un noskaidrot pirmsskolas pedagogu motivāciju ietekmējošos faktorus un motivācijas pilnveides iespējas pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēs. Teorētiskajā daļā apskatīts motivācijas vispārējs raksturojums, iekšējā un ārējā motivācija, motivācijas teorijas, pedagogu motivācijas pilnveide un motivāciju ietekmējošie faktori. Pētnieciskajā daļā tika izmantotas empīriskās metodes – anketēšana un intervija. Anketas jautājumi tika izstrādāti, pamatojoties uz teorijas analīzi. Intervijas jautājumi tika izstrādāti, pamatojoties uz anketu atbilžu rezultātiem. Pētījumā tika noskaidrots, ka būtiskākie no pirmskolas pedagogu motivāciju pozitīvi ietekmējošie faktori ir darba alga un pozitīvas koleģiālās attiecības darbinieku vidū. Kā būtiskākie motivāciju negatīvi ietekmējošie faktori izrādījās vecāku neiesaistīšanās izglītojamo mācību procesā un lielais bērnu skaits pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes grupās. Kvalifikācijas darbs sastāv no 53lapaspusēm, 10 attēliem, un 3 pielikumiem. Izmantotie termini: pedagogu motivācija, motivāciju ietekmējošie faktori, motivācijas pilnveide.

The topic of the qualification paper is about the possibilities of improving the motivation of pre-school teachers. In order for a teacher of a pre-school educational institution to feel motivated to perform his / her work duties as qualitatively, it is very important that his / her level of work motivation is high. A low level of motivation of a teacher's work can have a negative impact on students' academic achievements, development and well-being. The aim of the work was to summarize the theoretical findings and to find out the factors influencing the motivation of pre-school teachers and the possibilities of improving motivation in pre-school educational institutions. In the theoretical part of the work, the general characteristics of motivation, internal and external motivation, motivation theories, improvement of teachers' motivation and factors influencing motivation were considered. In the research part, empirical methods were used - questionnaire and interview. The questions of the questionnaire were developed based on the analysis of the theory. The interview questions were developed based on the results of the questionnaire responses. The study revealed that the most important factors that positively influence the motivation of pre-school teachers are the salary and positive collegial relations among employees. Non-involvement of parents in the learning process of learners and the large number of children in the groups of pre-school educational institutions turned out to be the most significant factors influencing motivation.
