Metodiskā darba organizēšana un izvērtēšanas iespējas vispārizglītojošās skolās

Abstract

Undīnes Podnieces maģistra darba “Metodiskā darba organizēšana un izvērtēšanas iespējas vispārizglītojošā izglītības iestādē” mērķis ir izpētīt metodiskā darba organizēšanu un izvērtēšanu Latvijā vispārizglītojošās skolās un izstrādāt ieteikumus šo procesu pilnveidei. Darba ietvaros tiek analizēta literatūra, definēti un izprasti termini saistībā ar metodisko darbu, visiem trīs tā posmiem – plānošanu, īstenošanu un izvērtēšanu,- kā arī par neatņemamu veiksmīga metodiskā darba organizēšanas sastāvdaļu – skolotāju savstarpējo sadarbību. Empīriskā daļa sastāv no trīs posmiem – intervēšana, anketēšana un ieteikumu, kurus iespējams izmantot metodiskā darba pārstrukturēšanai izglītības iestādē, izstrādāšana.

The aim of Undine Podniece’s master’s thesis “Organization and evaluation possibilities of methodological work in general education schools” is to study the organization and evaluation of methodological work in general education schools in Latvia and develop recommendations for the improvement of these processes. In the work literature was analysed, terms were understood and defined, all related to methodological work. It includes all three stages of it – planning, realisation and evaluation,- as well as the most important part of organizing successful methodological work – cooperation between teachers. The empirical part consists of three stages – interviewing, questionnaire and development of recommendations that can be used to restructure methodological work in schools.
