Finanšu analīze un rezultātu novērtējums SIA "Fristads Production"

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz SIA “Fristads Production” finanšu analīzes rezultātiem, un, atklājot iespējamos trūkumus un problēmas, izstrādāt secinājumus un priekšlikumus saimnieciskās darbības uzlabošanai. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir izpētīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti. Otrajā daļā ir izpētīts SIA “Fristads Production” un konkurenta vispārējās darbības raksturojums. Trešajā daļā ir veikta uzņēmuma finanšu analīze un rādītāju salīdzināšana ar konkurentu un nozares vidējiem rādītājiem. Finanšu analīzes gaitā atklāts, ka SIA “Fristads Production” finansiālais stāvoklis ir stabils, taču to ir iespējams uzlabot. Finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai darba ietvaros ir izstrādāti priekšlikumi vadībai. Atslēgas vārdi: finanšu analīze, rādītāji, likviditāte, rentabilitāte un maksātspēja.

The aim of the diploma thesis is, based on the results of the financial analysis of “Fristads Production” Ltd, and, revealing possible shortcomings and problems, to develop conclusions and proposals for the improvement of economic activity. Diploma thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter explores the theoretical aspects of financial analysis. In the second chapter, the description of the general activity of Ltd ”Fristads Production” and competitor are studied. In the third chapter, the company’s financial analysis and comparison of indicators with the average indicators of the industry and competitors are performed. During the financial analysis it was revealed that the financial position of “Fristads Production” Ltd is stable, but it can be improved. Proposals have been developed to improve the financial position for the management. Key words: financial analysis, indicators, liquidity, profitability and solvency.
