Pētījumā piedalījās divpadsmit dalībnieki, vecumā no 19 līdz 32 gadiem. The Master thesis is written in Latvian language on 35 pages. It contains 17 images, 4 tables and 41 references. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of calibration stimulus and viewing distance on eye gaze parameters using the EyeLink 1000 Plus eye tracker. Twelve participants, aged 19 to 32 years, took part in this study. Their task was to look at the screen and follow the stimulus that appeared at different locations on the screen. Four types of stimuli were demonstrated at five positions on the screen at three viewing distances. As a result, it has been revealed that there is no considerable impact of stimulus geometrical shape on the accuracy of eye movement calibration. The parameters of the direction of view changed significantly depending on the viewing distance, whether it was concordant with the calibration plane, or not, only at some locations of stimulus demonstration on the screen. The research results are important to be taken into consideration when making the calibration software for the display with several depth planes.
